This Friday, March 22 there will be a middle school dance from 4:00-6:00 PM in the cafeteria. Cost is $5.00 and concessions will be available to purchase. Criteria to attend is the following. 0 F's, 0 disciplinary referrals, and less than 5 days of unexcused absences.

The Regional Math Field Day scheduled for tomorrow is being postponed to Wednesday, March 13.

Good evening. Any 8th grader interested in running freshman track at Berkeley Springs High School practice starts tomorrow after school at the track. We will announce which buses that the students will need to ride tomorrow morning. Athletes must have a WVSSAC physical and 2.0 1st semester GPA. Students were enriched in Mrs. Ackerman’s class, with a lesson on Black History Month, delving into the rich heritage of the Gees Bend community. They embarked on a journey through history, culminating in the creation of a replica quilt inspired by the community's legacy. Lisa Perry, shared her expertise in quilt making and captivated the students with her beautiful quilts she has designed! Thank you, Mrs. Perry for sharing your quilts.

As a reminder, there is a scheduled 2-hour early dismissal for this Friday, February 16 for Faculty Senate and there is no school on Monday, February 19.

Morgan County Schools will close for in-person learning Tuesday, February 13. This will be Non-Traditional Instructional Day #4. Employees will follow reporting code A. All evening activities are cancelled.
