Due to forecasted weather conditions, Morgan County Schools will close for in-person learning tomorrow, Friday, January 19. This will be Non-Traditional Instructional Day #3. Employees will follow reporting code A. All evening activities are cancelled. Also, Morgan County Schools' Science Fair is cancelled for Saturday, January 20. Judging will take place at the schools on the following schedule: Wednesday, January 24: Pleasant View Elementary Paw Paw Schools Thursday, January 25 Warm Springs Intermediate Warm Springs Middle Students that are eligible for competition in the County science Fair need to bring their projects to school on Monday, January 22.

The Governor's School for the Arts summer program provides students with a unique opportunity to enhance and build artistic skills in creative writing, dance, digital literacy, instrumental music, painting and drawing, theater, and vocal performance. The program provides an inclusive community for artists of all types. Current 10th-grade students are eligible for the GSA. Auditions and portfolios are reviewed for admittance. The summer 2024 session will be at the West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Contact your school counselor for more information.
