The WSMS Volleyball team will have flex practice for incoming 6, 7, 8 grade girls on May 19 and May 24 from 3-5 PM at Warm Springs Middle School gym. There will be a volleyball clinic with guest coach Tabitha Baer on June 22 and 23. Please see the flier for details. The clinic flier and registration form is available in the WSMS and WSIS offices.

Spring formal tickets will go on sale this week during 7th & 8th grade lunch shifts. They are $10 per student. Spring formal is this coming Saturday, April 29 at WSMS from 7:00-9:00 PM.
Remember for students to be eligible for the Spring Formal they must meet the following criteria.
0 F's (1st, 2nd, 3rd , and current 4th 9 weeks)
0 out of school suspensions
Less than 5 days unexcused absences
No referrals with consequences if any type after the spring break.
No missing assignments for any class after the spring break.

Art Club students are spreading a little kindness today.





The 6th grade Science team worked together with Cindy Smalley to engineer rockets! They took them outside the next week and tested them out. They measured distance with 3 trial runs and discovered how to stay within their budgets to modify them.



The 6th grade Science team came together to engineer a structure that could withstand the Cockrell earthquake (as they renamed it today 😂). The students learned how to budget expenses, create blueprints, follow directions, expand ideas and creativity, work as a team, and when things didn't go the way they imagined, they rebuilt!
